He was rather annoying, due to his randomness: some playthroughs he'd kick your ass, other times you'd walk all over him.

He was actually pretty decent if you spent the time to learn him. I used him to piss off a friend of mine all time. At least until he got the Akuma cheat codes. Then it got pretty one sided.
